As we often do today by sending people to the government, Jesus instead took care of it Himself. That is what we should be doing today—showing the love of Christ directly ourselves instead of just sending people to the government. We explore how to show that love through direct action, like paying for a stranger’s groceries and walking away without needing the credit or the applause of men.
Why do we need this book this year? Because we live in an age of religious burnout, not action. Jesus showed actions by feeding and healing, and then they followed. It’s that simple. We need to get back to the basics of honest prayer and sincere love.
