Product context

What Cactus says it does

Official or maker-supplied product information. It is kept separate from buyer evidence and independent purchase verification.

Cactus is a menu bar app for macOS 14 or later. You choose the websites, days and hours once, and the block starts on its own every week.

  • Works in every browser. It blocks at the system level, so Safari, Chrome, Arc, Firefox and Brave all respect it without an extension.
  • Keeps running. A block continues after you quit the app, sleep the Mac or restart.
  • No off switch mid-block. Once a block starts there's no pause or snooze, and the menu bar shows when access returns. A Mac administrator can still remove Cactus.
  • Private. No account and no analytics; your settings stay on the Mac.

It was built for people who drift to YouTube or X while a coding agent runs, but it works for any recurring focus hours.

Pricing: $19.99 once after a 7-day free trial that starts when you first turn on a schedule. No subscription.
