Product context

What Command Reopen says it does

Official or maker-supplied product information. It is kept separate from buyer evidence and independent purchase verification.

macOS Cmd+Tab switches to an app but leaves its minimized windows in the Dock — you land on an empty screen. Command Reopen fixes that: switch with Cmd+Tab as usual, and your minimized windows come back automatically. If the app has no window at all (hello, Finder), it opens a new one.

Unlike other switcher utilities, Command Reopen needs no Accessibility access and no Screen Recording. It's a sandboxed Mac App Store app that enhances the native switcher instead of replacing it — your muscle memory stays the same, and it works on company-managed Macs where those permissions are blocked by IT policy.
