Dropshare is a menu-bar utility for uploading screenshots, screen recordings, files, and folders to storage you control. Uploads can start through drag and drop, a keyboard shortcut, the macOS share menu, Shortcuts automation, Finder, or a desktop upload zone. When a transfer finishes, Dropshare produces a link that is ready to send.

Storage remains the user's choice

The official site lists more than 36 storage integrations, spanning consumer drives, S3-compatible object storage, image hosts, SFTP, FTP, SCP, WebDAV, and custom services. Multiple destinations can coexist, so personal and work uploads can go to different accounts. Transfers run directly from the device to the configured provider rather than being staged on Dropshare infrastructure.
